Made To Order
The production time is 12 - 16 weeks, depending on the craftsmanship (see ‘rug information’ for lead times). We will give you updates along the way on the exact delivery date.

Worldwide Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available on all orders and we will give you an estimate for shipping upon receipt of your order.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns of standard size and colour rugs purchased online within 7-days (returned at buyer’s expense), provided the item is in its original condition.

Returns are not possible on any custom or bespoke items you have ordered as these are tailor-made to your specifications. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable before ordering.
