Our Bespoke Process
IT STARTS WITH A VISION...
We begin with a conversation. Together, we shape the vision - exploring your ideas, curating references, and building a moodboard that captures the essence of your project. Exclusivity is paramount: your design will remain entirely your own.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Colours and materials are carefully selected - we can be involved with the design process as much or as little as you like. Our team creates a detailed render of the proposed design, and once approved, a handcrafted sample is produced with a 5 week lead time.
CRAFTING BEGINS
Once the design is approved, the rug making journey begins. Yarns are dyed to exacting standards, and master artisans handcraft your rug to its final scale, ensuring every detail reflects the original vision. Due to the handmade nature of the rug, it may vary slightly, giving it a handmade charm.
FINAL DELIVERY
The finished pieces are delivered and, if desired, installed by our team. We provide detailed care guidance to ensure your rugs are cherished for years to come.
